Needed Ingredients

  • 4 Wood Duck Breast
  • 1 Cup of soy sauce
  • 1 Cup of Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 Slices of Bacon

Mix soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.

Soak duck breast in mixture for 15 to 20 minutes

Wrap duck with bacon (one slice per breast)

Grill until internal temp is 145 degrees
